About the role

The Resettlement & Integration Coordinator plays a key leadership role within our Services for New Americans program by supporting case management operations, strengthening community partnerships, and helping coordinate high-quality services for refugee and immigrant families.

Responsibilities

  • Support and guide case management staff, volunteers, and interns
  • Coordinate services, resources, and community partnerships
  • Aid families with housing, transportation, benefits, employment, and resettlement needs
  • Collaborate with local agencies, landlords, and community organizations
  • Maintain monitoring of program outcomes, documentation, and service delivery
  • Provide direct support to refugee and immigrant families as needed

Requirements

  • Bilingual candidates and individuals with lived experience similar to the populations we serve are strongly encouraged to apply, especially those who speak Swahili, Kinyarwanda, or other community languages
  • This position is based in Concord, NH and includes local travel within the community
