The Employment Program Manager - Goodwill Community Cupboard oversees operations of the Goodwill Community Cupboard – Aurora, ensuring daily success of the hybrid pay-what-you-can and retail food market. The Employment Program Manager - Goodwill Community Cupboard supervises all non-exempt staff, ensures compliance with food safety and organizational standards, manages inventory and financial controls, and fosters a dignified customer experience.
