Employment Practices Risk Consultant (CONTRACT)

This is a 2-year contract position.

Pay

The full salary range for this role is $68,500.00 - $121,900.00 annually, with an expected pay scale up to $95,200.00 annually. Salary offers are based on education, licensure, certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

About the role

The Employment Practices Risk Consultant provides guidance across human resources strategy, employment law compliance, and Employment Practices Liability (EPL) Insurance risk mitigation to help organizations reduce liability exposure and build a positive, compliant workplace culture. This role aligns policies and practices with business objectives, audits claims, identifies and coordinates training, and supports EPL claims and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Current work authorization to accept a staff position in the U.S. (sponsorship or visa transfers are not available for this role).
• Compliance with all applicable University policies, collective bargaining agreements, and government directives.
