About the role

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Special Counsel-level attorney to focus exclusively on Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) matters.

Requirements

• 8+ years of employment litigation experience
• Strong background handling EPLI matters preferred
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Active bar license in state of residence
• Eligible locations: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Washington
