Employment Litigation Attorney - REMOTE

About the role

We are working with a fast-growing, successful plaintiff employment litigation law firm in California that is seeking experienced Employment Litigation Associates to join the team. Position is 100% remote, based in California.

Responsibilities

• Own your cases from start to finish in a supportive, fully remote environment.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using our cloud-based systems.
• Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial.
• Drive strategy and make key case decisions with autonomy and impact.
• Use our integrated tech tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance.
• Negotiate powerfully to achieve life-changing results for our clients.
• Deliver a five-star client experience every time we care as much as we fight.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• Superb research, writing, and analytical ability.
• Creative, strategic thinker who thrives in a remote-first, tech-savvy team.
• Able to manage a large caseload while staying organized and proactive.

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 – $190,000 per year (base salary $140k–$190k/year plus bonuses).
