Employment Attorney | Remote

About the role

Contract position, remote, 10–40 hours per week. Compensation: $100–$170 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employment law scenarios to identify key legal issues and assess risks.
• Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve AI-generated outputs.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• Strong relevant experience in employment or labor law.
• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills.
• Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.
