About the role
We are seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with at least two years of experience to join our Labor & Employment group in Richmond.
Responsibilities
- Partner with public and private employers on a wide range of workplace issues.
- Handle a variety of tasks including drafting policies, advising leadership, and representing clients before agencies.
- Participate in both courtroom proceedings and non-litigious matters.
- Take ownership of your work while being supported by a collaborative team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of labor and employment law experience, including litigation.
- A Virginia law license.
- Strong writing, advocacy, and counseling skills.

Pay
Compensation commensurate with relevant experience and book of business, with a salary range of $140,000 - 180,000.
