Employment Litigation Associate
About the Role
Our New York City office has an opportunity for an Employment Litigation Associate to join the firm’s dynamic and long-established practice representing premier local and national employers. This role is ideal for proactive attorneys passionate about assuming a high-level position within a sophisticated practice, seeking significant involvement in all aspects of labor and employment law. The position involves extensive client contact, interactions with governmental agencies, and collaboration with opposing counsel.
Responsibilities
- Perform legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
- Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
- Draft position statements and dispositive motions.
- Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in New York.
- 5+ years of employment litigation experience.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Pay
The expected salary range for this New York State position is between $262,500 and $300,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
