Employment Litigation Associate
Our Milwaukee office has an opportunity for a mid-level Employment Litigation Associate to join the firm’s dynamic and long-established practice representing premier local and national employers. This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
Responsibilities
- Perform legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings
- Attend court conferences
- Handle discovery-related activities and investigations
- Draft position statements and dispositive motions
- Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Wisconsin; must meet continuing licensure requirements
- At least 4+ years of litigation experience
- Labor and Employment litigation experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
