About the Role
Our Stamford, CT office has an opportunity for an Employment Litigation Associate to join the firm’s dynamic and long-established practice representing premier local and national employers. This role is ideal for proactive attorneys passionate about assuming a high-level position within a sophisticated practice, seeking to take a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law. The position involves extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities
- Perform legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings
- Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations
- Draft agency position statements
- Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Connecticut
- 2+ years of employment litigation experience
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
