Employment Litigation Associate (2+ Yrs Exp)
Job Details
We are seeking an attorney to join a dedicated employment litigation and counseling practice representing management. This role offers a mix of litigation and advisory work, with direct client interaction and hands-on responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Litigate employment-related matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and related claims
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and before administrative agencies
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Provide advice and counsel on workplace policies, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Support clients with dispute resolution strategies and preventative practices
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Prior experience handling employment or litigation matters preferred
- Solid understanding of employment-related claims and agency processes
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively
Requirements
- Admission to a state bar where practicing or ability to obtain admission
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to high-quality work and client service
