Employment Law Attorney
The Role
Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting consumers against insurance companies, large corporations, and defective goods. We represent millions of Americans in legal battles.
Responsibilities
- Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases
- Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda
- Guide clients through the case process
- Interact with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
- Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Requirements
- Law degree (J.D./Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school
- An active member in good standing of the bar of the state in which based/to which applying
- Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
Qualifications

$85,000 - $500,000 USD
