The Role

Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting consumers against insurance companies, large corporations, and defective goods. We represent millions of Americans in legal battles.

Responsibilities

  • Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases
  • Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda
  • Guide clients through the case process
  • Interact with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
  • Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Requirements

  • Law degree (J.D./Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school
  • An active member in good standing of the bar of the state in which based/to which applying
  • Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus
  • Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

Qualifications

  • Law degree (J.D./Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school
  • An active member in good standing of the bar of the state in which based/to which applying
