Responsibilities
- Taken depositions
- Handled hearings
- Been lead counsel on a case
- Familiarity with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour)
- Policy development
- Compliance training
- Managing pre-litigation disputes
Requirements
- Juris Doctor in good standing with the CA Bar
- Minimum of 3+ years of labor law and employment litigation experience
