Responsibilities
- Managing employment litigation matters through various stages of the litigation process
- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Participating in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other case-related proceedings
- Communicating with clients and providing strategic legal guidance
Qualifications
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Minimum of 2 years of employment litigation experience
- Experience with employment law matters, including wage and hour and PAGA claims
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Experience with motion practice and case management
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Pay

The annual billable hour expectation is approximately 1,600 hours, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation for hours billed beyond that target.
