Location: Fully remote – work from anywhere in the United States (must be California‑barred). Experience required: 1 + years in employment litigation.

The Role

• Handle a variety of employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage‑and‑hour, and harassment claims.
• Collaborate closely with lead attorneys on case strategy, litigation milestones, and client communications.
• Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and take depositions.
• Engage in rapid‑response matters and workplace investigations.
• Strategically manage and drive cases forward with autonomy and support.

Requirements

• 1 + years of experience in employment litigation.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Self‑motivated with strong time‑management abilities.
• Admission to practice law in California.
