About the Role

Join our Workforce Solutions team and make a meaningful impact as an Employment and Human Services Associate supporting the RESEA program. In this role, you’ll empower unemployment insurance claimants to successfully reenter the workforce. Conduct in-depth eligibility and career-focused interviews, guide participants through personalized reemployment plans, and ensure compliance with program requirements while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eligibility and career-focused interviews to assess participant needs.
• Develop and guide participants through personalized reemployment plans.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Connect individuals to resources such as job search assistance, training opportunities, and supportive services.
• Monitor participant progress and provide ongoing coaching to keep them on track.
• Collaborate with Workforce Solutions partners to deliver seamless, wraparound support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR at least six months of experience and transferable skills may be substituted for each 15 hours of college credit up to two years OR four years of experience working at Workforce Solutions and a recommendation from current or most recent supervisor.
• Experience with career management strategies and job search processes.
