Job Details
You'll handle substantive labor and employment matters for employer clients, advising on risk, defending claims, and managing matters from assessment through resolution across state and federal venues.
Looking for:
- Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:
- - Advise employers on workplace decisions, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
- - Defend clients in employment-related claims, disputes, and litigation
- - Counsel on federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations
- - Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and employment-related documents
- - Handle or support wage and hour matters, including class action work where applicable
- - Partner with clients to develop practical legal strategies aligned with business objectives
Looking for:
- Tennessee Bar Admission
- 2-15 years of labor and employment experience
Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:
- Employment Litigation
- Employer-Side Counseling
- Labor Law / Traditional Labor
- Wage & Hour / PAGA
- Class Action Defense
- Workplace Compliance & Risk
