About the role

This role is ideal for an experienced employment attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling complex workplace matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and responding to administrative charges and employment claims, providing strategic counsel, and partnering with clients on a wide range of labor and employment issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and defend employment-related administrative charges before federal, state, and local agencies.
• Draft position statements, responses, and other advocacy materials.
• Analyze claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, leave, accommodation, and other employment-related matters.
• Provide practical legal guidance and risk mitigation strategies to employers.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals across a national platform.
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive and solution-oriented counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 6 years of employment law experience, with significant exposure to administrative agency proceedings and employment-related disputes.
• Active license to practice law in the state of residence.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and client-service orientation.
