Employer Services Account Representative

About the role

Our Employer Services Account Representatives are the front lines for our employers, handling calls when issues arise. You’ll build strong rapport with employers to resolve their questions through thorough research, in-depth analysis, and actionable recommendations. Topics include membership, earnable salary, billing discrepancies, delinquencies, and reporting errors.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and assistance to employers via telephone, email, and written correspondence
• Perform research and in-depth analysis to identify and resolve employer issues
• Deliver clear recommendations for correcting problems related to membership, billing, delinquencies, and reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers through consistent, high-quality support

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (associate’s degree preferred)
• At least two years of experience providing strong customer service to external and/or internal customers
• Aptitude for understanding financial information
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to take initiative and work self-directed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to think outside the box
