Employee Relations Partner

For our client, we are seeking a Employee Relations Partner to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will support a distributed workforce by handling complex employee relations matters with consistency, confidentiality, and sound judgment. You will partner closely with managers, HRBPs, and Legal to resolve workplace issues, guide performance management conversations, and help strengthen compliance practices across the organization. The position also plays an important role in identifying trends from ER data and translating those insights into practical improvements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,966 – $209,150 annually Responsibilities Lead end-to-end investigations into employee grievances and policy violations Partner with managers on complex performance management and risk reviews Act as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution alongside HRBPs and Legal Serve as a subject matter expert on employment laws and compliance guidelines Use employee relations metrics to identify root causes and inform systemic improvements Facilitate training sessions on performance management and compliance practices Qualifications 5-7+ years of Employee Relations or HR experience in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to manage workplace investigations and performance management issues independently In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws and compliance frameworks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust across all organizational levels Benefits Health and wellbeing resources Paid volunteer days Support for family engagement and community involvement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
