About the role
The Employee Relations Partner will provide end-to-end employee relations consultative support to frontline leadership and employees related to HR policies and procedures to ensure company practices are in compliance with applicable federal and state laws. Additionally, this role may support company investigations and continuous improvement activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end employee relations consultative support to frontline leadership on performance concerns and routine misconduct violations for the independent contributor level.
- Interpret, implement, and administer organization-wide human resource policies and processes.
- Draft clear and concise written communications to address employee concerns and accurately relay information regarding policies.
- Resolve escalations from Employee Solution Center or other departments from employees.
- Support employee communications related to terminations, plant closures, or workforce reductions.
- Offer input into the design and revision of ER processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Support senior members of the ER Organization with investigations.
- Participate on cross-functional teams as an ER representative.
- Assist in leading facilitation of employee forums, such as 2C’s, or engage in culture planning sessions as a result of employee relations concerns.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of HR generalist or Employee Relations experience; or equivalent professional experience.
- SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR certification preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of organization and accountability.
- Ability to work confidentially and professionally with all levels of employees.
- Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws including EEO, ADA, and FLSA regulations.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees.

Location
On-site in New Albany, Ohio or Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Pay
Compensation range: $74,551.00 - $109,543.00.

Schedule
