Employee Relations Investigator
Responsibilities
then- each.
Requirements: maybe "Essential Skills" could be Requirements or Skills. The posting has "Essential Skills" list and "Additional Skills & Qualifications". We can combine into Requirements and Skills? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which headings to use based on content.
We have content for: About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Essential Skills (list). Additional Skills & Qualifications (list). Work Environment (description). Job Type & Location (contract, location). Pay And Benefits (pay range and benefits list). Workplace Type (hybrid). Application Deadline (date). About Aston Carter (company description). We need to include only sections with real specific content; we should not include sections like Schedule if not specified. No schedule given. So we omit Schedule.
We need to include Pay and Benefits sections separately? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we have both Pay and Benefits content. Could combine into one section? But headings list includes Pay and Benefits separate. We could make a Benefits section and Pay section. However we could also combine into one "Pay and Benefits" but that's not in the allowed headings list. The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not strict requirement to only use those; but likely they expect those headings. We'll create separate Pay and Benefits sections.
We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the pay range: $47.00 - $55.00/hr. Also mention that individual compensation depends on factors. Benefits list: Medical, dental & vision; Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital; 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available; Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents); Short and long-term disability; Health Spending Account (HSA); Transportation benefits; Employee Assistance Program; Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave). Also note eligibility requirements apply etc. We'll keep that.
Work Environment description: based in Austin, TX (preferred) with flexibility to work from Fremont, CA; Reno, NV; Draper, UT; or Buffalo, NY. Professional office environment, frequent collaboration, managing multiple cases, fast-paced.
Job Type & Location: Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Workplace Type: hybrid position in Austin,TX.
Application Deadline: anticipated to close on Sep 18, 2026.
About Aston Carter: description.
We also have "Essential Skills" and "Additional Skills & Qualifications". Could map to Requirements and Skills. Let's treat "Essential Skills" as Requirements (or Skills). And "Additional Skills & Qualifications" as Skills. Or we could combine both into Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we make one "Requirements" heading that includes both essential and additional skills? But they are distinct. However we could put all skill-related content under "Skills". The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements and Skills separate. We'll put Essential Skills under Requirements, and Additional Skills & Qualifications under Skills.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:

We should remove EEO boilerplate etc. The last paragraph includes EEO statement; we might need to remove that as boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should strip the EEO sentence. Also remove accommodation request, San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, Massachusetts Lie Detector, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) etc. So we need to trim the About Aston Carter paragraph to exclude those. Keep only the descriptive part about the company. Let's keep up to "serves many of the Fortune 500. We are proud to be a ClearlyRated Best of Staffing® Platinum Award winner for both client and talent service." Then stop before EEO. Thus About Aston Carter paragraph: "Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
