The Employee In Charge (EIC) is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team tasks, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a managerial capacity
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
