Employee Health Nurse (RN/LVN) Registered Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse

Status/FTE: FT / 1.0 FTE, 8-hour shifts starting at 07:30

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate activities relating to the Employee Health Program (EHP) to provide high-quality and cost-effective employee health and wellness services to volunteers, employees, and physicians.
• Coordinate Employee Health Program (EHP), including Workers' Compensation Program, in accordance with Community Medical Center, local, state, and federal regulations and recommendations.
• Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention and serve as a patient-care innovator to shape exceptional patient journeys.
• Leverage skills and cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

Requirements

• Current state RN or LVN/LPN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider within three (3) months of hire.
• Three (3) years of experience in Medical/Surgical, Emergency Department, ICU, and/or Public Health.
• Familiarity with regulations/accrediting agencies in Employee Health, Worker's Compensation, and Safety (OSHA, NIOSH, MT Safety Culture Act, FMLA/ADA reasonable accommodations).

Preferred Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in Medical/Surgical, Emergency Department, ICU, and/or Public Health.
