Key services include general medical/surgical inpatient care and treatment, critical care, emergency services, orthopedics, maternity care, and wound care. Located near the corner of Harbor and Garden Grove Boulevards, the hospital is close to the Disneyland Resort, the Anaheim Convention Center, and numerous hotels in the area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates employee annual physical examinations, new hire physical clearances, and worker’s compensation issues as requested by Human Resources.
• Provides emergency evaluation for work-related injuries, ensures cost-effective coordination of treatment, and refers to preferred providers.
• Collaborates with management to develop objectives for employee health services aligned with hospital goals.
• Documents accurately and maintains required confidential employee and administrative records.
• Performs safety rounds to ensure safety practices are adhered to within all hospital departments, maintaining a safe environment for patients, physicians, volunteers, visitors, and employees.

Requirements

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in acute care nursing required.
• Previous experience in employee health, infection control, or occupational health strongly preferred.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.70 to $27.02 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
