Employee Health Coordinator

Key Essential Functions

• Captures pre-employment health assessment, toxicology screening, and immunization verification for new employees.
• Maintains all records of vital signs for all candidates/employees as directed by the Chief Medical Officer.
• Provides education on the pre-employment process to candidates and employees and maintains records regarding immunizations and seasonal vaccines.
• Records laboratory results for all pre-employment drug screens and notifies the Human Resources team of positive results.
• Coordinates annual Employee Health Assessment and Medical Screening process, including annual PPD as required by affiliates' regulatory bodies.
• Follows up with pre-employment candidates’ immunization status and ensures required employees maintain up-to-date vaccinations per regulations.
• Aids in the reconciliation of all billing for employee health processes (labs, urine toxicology, supplies, immunizations, CXR, application of company codes).
• Enters all employee health information into HRIS and maintains accurate files and records of all employees.
• Prepares files for review by auditors as needed and processes all health record requests for employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Accredited Medical Assistant Certification required.
• Three (3) years clinical experience required.
• Strong office organizational skills required.
• Ability to multi-task clinically and administratively required.
• Highly organized, motivated self-starter required.
• Excellent time management skills required.
• Ability to organize and maintain detailed records required.
• Complete necessary paperwork and meet deadlines required.
