About the role

The Employee Health & Benefits Intern supports client service processes within the EH&B team, gaining practical experience in insurance consulting and project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing meeting materials and reviewing carrier/client deliverables.
• Support project management and enrollment material preparation.
• Participate in industry education sessions and shadow client meetings.
• Contribute to intern challenges and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.

Skills

• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, maintaining professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Multitasking ability.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S.
