Employee Engagement & Success Manager

About the role

The Employee Engagement & Success Manager facilitates HR initiatives aligned with improving the employee experience. They serve as a bridge between HR and the campus community, building relationships and collaborating with leaders and employees.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning, coordination, and execution of HR initiatives.
• Navigate large-scale HR plans and represent the HR department positively.
• Collaborate with leadership and employees at all levels to address employee needs.
• Engage campus employees through training initiatives, HR-sponsored events, and communication.
• Develop and execute new initiatives, engage stakeholders, and assemble effective teams.
• Oversight of the Employee Engagement and Success team and the Search Advocate program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Four years related experience in coaching, training, project management, or program development

Preferred Qualifications

• High proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Dynamic leadership and teamwork skills
• Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
