Employee Benefits Proposal Specialist

Responsibilities
- Evaluate RFP risks for amendments & new groups
- Negotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancements
- Analyze all RFP documents for underwriting feasibility, experience evaluation, and proposal accuracy
- Administer re-quotes and corrections
- Manage Salesforce data input, stage updates, document uploads, reports, probability, and pipeline
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Group Employee Benefits Products, underwriting guidelines, Salesforce CRM is preferred.
- Certifications/Licensures: Life and Disability insurance license for all states within office’s assigned territory will be required.

Pay
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data. Salary Range: $66,000 - $111,750 + Incentive Compensation Plan Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
