Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or technical degree) required
• Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
• Valid Life and Health Insurance Producer License required within 3 months of hire
• Experience in department account management and service
• Required travel to all office locations and client sites

Department Account Management & Service Required Experience

• Provide detailed and accurate financial consulting on a growing block of business
• Gather and prepare client information for carrier partners
• Coordinate and manage information requests and deadlines for carrier proposal responses
• Produce and present market contract and pricing analyses to assist clients
• Manage multiple deadlines and workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Engage in carrier negotiations and marketing processes
• Contribute to enhancing client services and sales
