The Employee Benefits Financial Analyst provides guidance and support for the financial consulting needs of employee benefit clients. They will use technical expertise to assist clients in understanding and managing their financial and utilization metrics. The Financial Analyst collaborates with the Financial Consultant to review monthly financial reports, utilization metrics, and benchmarks. Supports clients in negotiating renewal proposals and offers recommendations for plan changes
