How You Will Contribute
- Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages.
- Above average skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word documents.
- Must be responsive to all emails. All emails should be responded to within 24 hours of receipt.
- Drafting, constructing, and reviewing various reports for customer / prospect presentations including demographic and financial analysis as assigned accordingly.
- Manage and maintain Benefits Account Management (BAM) System.
- Create and deliver monthly customer communications as needed. On All Assigned Accounts.
- Assist Account Managers with annual renewal process, census preparation, open enrollment, and new business implementation.
- Maintain effective information management between Account Manager, Producer, Customer and Carrier through all applicable means of communication.
- Ensure all applicable data is kept accurate and files maintained in BAM.
- Promote teamwork, positive attitude, and commitment to department/agency goals.
- Follow Agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Absorb and support benefits team with open enrollment meetings and materials, including creating employee benefits guides and flyers.

- Be responsible for the completion of any assigned projects.
Required Skills & Experience to be Successful
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Computer literate and proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional telephone demeanor and e-mail etiquette.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Professional business attire.
