How You Will Contribute

  • Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages.
  • Above average skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word documents.
  • Must be responsive to all emails. All emails should be responded to within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Drafting, constructing, and reviewing various reports for customer / prospect presentations including demographic and financial analysis as assigned accordingly.
  • Manage and maintain Benefits Account Management (BAM) System.
  • Create and deliver monthly customer communications as needed. On All Assigned Accounts.
  • Assist Account Managers with annual renewal process, census preparation, open enrollment, and new business implementation.
  • Maintain effective information management between Account Manager, Producer, Customer and Carrier through all applicable means of communication.
  • Ensure all applicable data is kept accurate and files maintained in BAM.
  • Promote teamwork, positive attitude, and commitment to department/agency goals.
  • Follow Agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Absorb and support benefits team with open enrollment meetings and materials, including creating employee benefits guides and flyers.

Required Skills & Experience to be Successful

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer literate and proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor and e-mail etiquette.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Professional business attire.
