Job Responsibilities
- Assist account team in providing quality customer service to existing accounts
- Assistance in resolving billing and claim issues
- Gathering renewal information and general account assistance as needed
- Assist with special projects in the office as requested
- Monitor and maintain accurate client information in account management systems as assigned

Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Life, Accident and Health Insurance License preferred
