- Manage a block of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, employees, and carriers
- Oversee enrollments and develop open enrollment materials, proposals, and benefits guides
- Negotiate with carriers to secure favorable terms for clients
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to expand client relationships
- Quote new and renewal business to meet client needs
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
- Licensure/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits account management
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized group accounts
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with carriers
- Proficiency in EPIC software or similar account management tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Compensation Package: Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
