Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing daily service needs, renewals, and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and leadership teams at client organizations.
- Lead client meetings, including open enrollment sessions, renewal presentations, and utilization reviews.
- Develop and maintain a client service calendar to ensure proactive and timely touchpoints throughout the year.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry designation (e.g., CEBS, RHU) preferred.
- Active Life & Health license required; must remain in good standing with CE requirements.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, group health products, and HRIS platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
