About the role

The Employee Benefits Account Manager assists the Employee Benefits Producer in generating new business and maintaining existing policies for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact between clients, prospects, agencies, and producers
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Producer to produce proposal presentations
  • Maintain positive relationships with insurance carriers to meet clients' needs and facilitate business processing

Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years of previous group employee benefits experience

Education/Certification: Group I Life and Health Agent's license preferred
