Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large market clients (100-500 lives) with a book of business valued at $1M-$2M.
- Provide A-Z servicing for clients, including preparing for renewals, quoting new and renewal business, and supporting agency operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including out-of-state accounts in New York and Connecticut.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Travel 10-20% of the time to meet with clients and stakeholders.
- Support the agency’s growth initiatives and contribute to its success.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active 2-15 license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large group and/or self-funded accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and Employee Navigator software.
- Educational Background: Relevant educational background preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
