Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of large market clients (100-500 lives) with a book of business valued at $1M-$2M.
  • Provide A-Z servicing for clients, including preparing for renewals, quoting new and renewal business, and supporting agency operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including out-of-state accounts in New York and Connecticut.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Travel 10-20% of the time to meet with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the agency’s growth initiatives and contribute to its success.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active 2-15 license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large group and/or self-funded accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and Employee Navigator software.
  • Educational Background: Relevant educational background preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
