About the role
Faison Group is hiring an Account Administrator in Ashland, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer success / relationship management skill set with previous experience in Employee Benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage client details and act as an internal liaison for a specific 'book of business' that is based on revenue and/or enrollment
- A variety of data entry and clerical tasks to support our clients and their employees
Requirements
- 2 years of Account Management, Customer Success Management, Client Relationship Management or similar within the Insurance domain
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
