Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of 30 groups, with an average group revenue of $20,000.
- Provide exceptional client service through three touchpoints per year with clients and producers.
- Develop and present strategic plans, renewal presentations, and proposals to clients.
- Handle day-to-day servicing of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
- Utilize internal systems, including Dynamix, to manage accounts effectively (training will be provided).
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in employee benefits account management.
- Proven experience with strategy development, renewal presentations, and proposal preparation.
- Strong understanding of fully insured plans (90% of the book), with some experience in level-funding (10% of the book).
- No self-funding experience required.
- Active Life & Health (L&H) license preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in using account management systems (training on internal systems will be provided).
Pay
Salary: Up to $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
