About Us

Westminster Adult Education Service (WAES) is a world of extraordinary stories, where inspirational people help our residents acquire new knowledge and skills on the hundreds of courses we offer. People like Regina, a Career and Learning Development Officer, exemplify our commitment to supporting learners as they navigate their educational and career journeys.

Regina started at WAES as an Admissions Temp in 2008 and quickly transitioned into a permanent role. Her passion for helping others led her to become a Career and Learning Development Officer, where she guides learners toward opportunities they might not have discovered otherwise. With WAES’s support, Regina is completing her Level 6 qualification in Careers Information, Education, Advice, and Guidance. Her impact is evident in success stories like Yassir’s—who, after overcoming significant challenges, is now studying Molecular Genetics at Sheffield University thanks to Regina’s guidance.
