Empire Pass Housekeeping Supervisor - Year Round

Responsibilities

• Aid the housekeeping manager with training, development, and supervision of the housekeeping staff.
• Inspect condos, document inspection results, and inform staff of necessary corrections.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping manager to ensure weekly schedules offer adequate coverage within budgetary guidelines and occupancy levels.
• Coach housekeeping staff on maintaining current knowledge of housekeeping practices, products, techniques, and standards.
• Report any damages or items needing repair/replacement to management.
• Address guests' complaints about service and equipment, write work orders and requisitions, and maintain accurate records.
• Write reports and manage inventory.
• Clean condominiums thoroughly according to established department standards.
• Perform daily housekeeping services in common areas of lodges.
• Stock condominiums with appropriate supplies as outlined by department standards.
• Transport linen to various locations and collect linen for return to the Shooting Star Lodge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or property management is required.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.

    Pay

    $23.00 per hour.

    Schedule

    Flex Year Round - may have periods of layoff or reduced hours.
