Eminent Domain Of Counsel

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Focus on eminent domain and public land acquisition cases
• Manage cases from initial filings through trial and appeals
• Draft and argue motions
• Develop case strategy and trial preparation
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent public entity clients in land acquisition matters
• Participate in bench and jury trials

Qualifications

• JD and licensed to practice in CA
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience with motion practice, trial preparation, and case development
• Experience conducting and defending depositions
• Eminent domain, real estate, or real property law experience strong preferred
