About the role
Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters. Manages the front end of the store and makes recommendations on overall operations. Supports the Store Manager with store operations to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
- Manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
- Engages customers and resolves complaints.
- Safeguards store assets and improves sales and profitability.
- Monitors and coaches customer service.
- Ensures proper merchandising and inventory management.
- Oversees cash management, including register counts and safe deposits.
- Manages store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and repairs.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and laws.
- Supports pharmacy during busy periods.
- Trains and mentors team members.
- Communicates with team members and stakeholders.
- Completes special assignments.
Requirements
Full-time position. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program preferred.
- Two years of supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid pharmacy technician license (if applicable).

Customer service, leadership, inventory management, financial analysis, team management, communication, problem-solving, and compliance with regulations.

Pay
$45,000 - $71,550 annually.
