About the role
Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters. Manages the front end of the store and makes recommendations on overall operations. Assists the Store Manager with store operations to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
- Manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
- Engages customers and resolves complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Monitors and coaches team members to improve customer service and sales.
- Ensures proper merchandising, asset protection, and store cleanliness.
- Supervises cash management, inventory, and internal controls.
- Supports external partnerships and collaborates with district managers.
- Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a supervisory position.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Fluent in English (or Spanish in Puerto Rico).
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
Qualifications
- Completion of Walgreens LEAP training or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training.
- Valid pharmacy technician license (if applicable).
- Strong understanding of store operations and financial performance.

Pay
$45,000 - $71,550 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
