Responsibilities

• Assist in all project phases, including program and schematic design studies, proposal development, and 3D modeling using Revit or other software.
• Support design development and assist in preparing construction drawings and construction detailing.
• Review building codes and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Aid in the construction administration phase by reviewing shop drawings and maintaining a project submittal log.
• Prepare material sample boards, physical models, and graphic presentations for client approval.
• Collaborate on projects from pre-schematic phase through construction documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication and graphic presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with other related design software is a plus.
