About the role

The Emerging Country Debt Analyst will provide analysis and insights on emerging market debt instruments, contributing to the development of investment strategies and risk management policies. This role requires a deep understanding of global financial markets, economic trends, and emerging country debt dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on emerging market debt instruments, including sovereign and corporate bonds.
• Analyze macroeconomic indicators and geopolitical factors that impact emerging market debt performance.
• Develop and maintain models to assess credit risk and market volatility associated with emerging country debt.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and other analysts to integrate emerging country debt into broader investment strategies.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and legal frameworks affecting emerging market debt investments.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in emerging market debt analysis or similar financial roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and statistical software.
• Experience working with Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar financial databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications
