Emerging Architectural Professional

About the role

We're seeking a motivated Emerging Professional in Architecture with 1-3 years of professional experience who shares our passion for design excellence and is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a wide range of innovative projects.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively on both large projects and smaller projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents maintaining a high level of quality of work product
• Produce detailed documents meeting specific standards, building codes, and guidelines
• Communicate with firm's project architects, managers, designers, and principals, and outside consultants
• Develop your design and communication abilities while working alongside seasoned architects
• Participate in all phases of design, from schematic concepts to construction administration
• Learn every aspect of building design, including client interactions, community engagement, and construction techniques
• Work on a wide range of exciting projects, both local and international

Qualifications

• NAAB Accredited Degree in Architecture (Professional 5 year Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture)
• 1-3 years of professional experience in architecture through internships and/or post graduate positions
• On path to licensure in architecture

Skills

• Some technical knowledge of building systems and products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Excellent drawing skills and proficiency with design software - Revit and Autocad (required)
• Familiarity with SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar packages (desired)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
