About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Veterinarian who enjoys fast-paced medicine, collaborative problem-solving, and practicing at a high level — without sacrificing their sanity. Whether you’re a seasoned ER clinician or newer to emergency medicine and eager to grow, you’ll find true clinical autonomy and a culture that values communication, respect, and teamwork.

Requirements

• California-licensed DVM (or license-eligible)
• Experienced in emergency medicine or motivated to learn in a supportive environment
• Calm under pressure and clear in communication
• Comfortable with overnight shifts in a 24/7 hospital
• Compassionate, curious, and team-oriented

Pay & Benefits

• $170,000 – $220,000+ (base only or base + production, based on experience and schedule)
