Emergency Technician Multiple Shifts and FTEs
Works closely with all members of the emergency team to provide direct patient care to optimize positive patient care outcomes. Assists the physician/nurse practitioner during procedures by providing the appropriate sutures, supplies, instruments, and equipment. Maintains proper sterile technique during the procedure.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in collaboration with the emergency team.
- Assist physicians and nurse practitioners during procedures by supplying sutures, instruments, and equipment.
- Maintain sterile technique during medical procedures.
Requirements
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire).
- Prevention and Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB) certification (annually, upon hire).
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Patient care or clinical experience preferred (experience acquired during certification, licensure, military service as medical personnel, or as a senior clinical nursing student is also considered).
Qualifications
- Current or previous EMT, Paramedic certification.
- Completion of Medical Assistant Program or CNA certificate (upon hire).

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.19 - $30.26 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full-time positions available with multiple shifts.
