- Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification
- Applied Structural Drying (ASD) Certification
- Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) Certification
- Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST) Certification
Responsibilities
- Scope and inspect various mitigation damages such as water, fire, mold, wind damage to building and roofing materials
- Create mitigation scopes and invoice for service
- Maintain inventory
- Maintain fleet and equipment with routine maintenance schedules
- Conduct deconstruction for flood, mold, sewage, wind and fire losses
- Operate mitigation machinery (including but not limited to: extraction machine, mop up pump, dehumidifiers, all other industry mitigation equipment)
- Operate carpentry tools (including, but not limited to, hand tools, power tools, ladders, paint sprayer)
- Remove affected building materials from job site (including carpets, carpet pads, drywall, insulation, framing, flooring, tile)
- Perform the applied structural drying per the IICRC standards and moisture mapping and documentation for water damage claims
